Alex Bussa is an experienced Internet development professional and has been in the industry over nine years. Currently working as a Phoenix-based Project Manager, Alex's background includes a specialization in interface design, information architecture, usability and graphic design. He has also been known to write a little PHP from time-to-time.

Throughout his career, Alex has had the opportunity to work in a variety of positions and learn from many talented professionals. He started out his career as a graphic artist creating small websites. Shortly after Alex was hired by an international trade association, based out of Minnesota, and started managing corporate web development projects. As his career turned to consulting, Alex was exposed to many different practices including information architecture, business analysis, web application development and others.

It was his work in user-centric practices that fascinated him the most and this is where his core strengths remain today. It is Alex's exposure and experience with many different practices that allows him to work well with both designers and developers to produce a strong product for his clients.

Alex has a desire to constantly push the envelope in user experience and usability. Many of his recent projects employ technologies such as AJAX to improve the overall quality of the web-based applications developed by his teams. His team members are encouraged to research new technologies and start utilize them where they'll add value to the finished product.

In his free time, Alex is a photographer and competition bartender. He can often be found with camera in hand, or in Las Vegas flipping bottles with local bartenders.
